This agreement is made between Agnès Maelström (referred to as "Author") and

(referred to as "Artist") regarding the use of the Artist's work (referred to as "Artwork").

1. Grant of Rights

The Artist grants the Author permission to display the Artwork on the Author’s official website https://agnesmaelstrom.com

2. Credit

The Author agrees to credit the Artist as follows: "Artwork by [Artist's Name]".

If asked, the Author can add a single link to the Artist’s online presence (it can be either for social media, official website, etc.)

3. Usage

The Artwork may be used for the following purposes, with appropriate credit given to the Artist:

· Exhibition and Display: The Artwork may be exhibited and displayed in physical and digital formats at events, conventions, and galleries.

· Online Promotion: The Artwork may be featured on Agnès Maelström's website, social media platforms, and other online promotional channels.

· Marketing and Advertising: The Artwork may be utilized in marketing and advertising materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.

· Educational Purposes: The Artwork may be included in educational presentations, workshops, and other instructional materials to promote learning and appreciation of the medium.

· Archival Purposes: The Artwork may be stored and archived for historical documentation and future reference.

· Collaborative Projects: The Artwork may be incorporated into collaborative projects with other artists or entities.

· Fan Engagement: The Artwork may be used to engage with readers and fans, including features in fanart galleries, fanart contests, and spotlights in newsletters or social media posts.

· Merchandising: The Artwork may be considered for use in the creation of merchandise related to the Author's works, including but not limited to prints, posters, bookmarks, apparel, and other promotional items. However, before any such use, the Artist will be contacted, and a new, separate contract will be drafted and signed. This new contract will outline the specific terms, conditions, and compensation related to the use of the Artwork in merchandise. No merchandising use of the Artwork will proceed without the explicit written consent of the Artist as outlined in the new contract.

4. Duration

The Artwork will be displayed indefinitely with an option for either party to terminate the agreement.

5. Ownership

The Artist retains all rights and ownership of the Artwork.

6. Modifications

The Artwork will not be modified without the Artist’s prior written consent.

7. Annual Artwork Feature Clause

Each year, one specific piece of Artwork will be chosen to be featured on the homepage of the Author's official website. The selected Artwork will be prominently displayed for a duration of one year. The Artist whose Artwork is chosen will be contacted and granted a special gift as a token of appreciation. This gift may include, but is not limited to, a special edition of the novel of their choice, a signed print, or another exclusive item. The details of the gift will be communicated to the Artist at the time of selection.
