Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed on Monday after 2pm, and on Thursday after 2pm CET time.

Thus, parcels will be dispatched:

  • on Tuesday morning for orders placed up to Monday before 2pm CET time,
  • on Friday morning for orders placed up to Thursday before 2pm CET time.

If offered, custom teas take time, expect processing and shipping to be 10-12 business days.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary, but we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing.

SECTION 4- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs department.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
